Bangunan Lestari Kumpulan EMKAY is an iconic green building in Cyberjaya developed by EMKAY Group back in 2011. This 5-storey building was specifically built for Shell Malaysia (Business Service Centre). With a total net floor area of 359,695 sq ft, BLKE is the first building in Malaysia to be certified with the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design’s (LEED) Gold rating by the US Green Building Council.

BLKE was also awarded the FIABCI Malaysia Property Award 2012 for sustainable development.
